Noir Furniture LA designs and manufactures handcrafted furniture, and needed a digital platform as sophisticated as the pieces it makes. The goal was an ecommerce experience that could showcase an extensive catalog, convey a genuinely luxury brand, and make high-ticket purchases feel effortless. The Challenge

The previous platform undersold the brand. It lacked the visual polish to convey a luxury image, the navigation made it hard for customers to find pieces that fit their taste, and the checkout wasn't built for the realities of high-ticket buying.
